PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-202.11 (A), P: Approved System >>>Observed a Y-Valve attached to the faucet of the mop sink. The atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) backflow prevention device was still in good repair at time of inspection. The Y-Valve connected one side to a sanitizer dispenser and the other to a hose hanging own into the mop sink. Advised operator of the market and the maintenance staff of the violation and educated on why this code is in place. Corrected at time of inspection by having the staff remove the fitting while not in use. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
