Observed brown and rotting head of lettuce in left-most prep table at time of inspection. Per PIC, no food was supposed to be in the prep tables as the kitchen had not served food in weeks so the lettuce was placed in there in error or without permission. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
