During inspection, food debris and residue were observed on the top portion of the oven. The stainless steel surfaces of the 3-compartment sink also contained excess debris. Please ensure to maintain non-food contact surfaces, food contact surfaces, and equipment clean at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 4-602.13 - Core: Nonfood Contact Surfaces Addl Notes: During inspection, food debris and residue were observed in the interior lining and storage racks of the reach-in refrigerator units. Informed the person in charge to ensure the specified equipment is cleaned. Please ensure to maintain non-food contact surfaces clean at all times.
