-- In reach-in refrigerator, observed opened packages of sliced deli turkey and hot dogs without a date mark label. The person in charge (PIC) stated the deli turkey was opened 5 days prior to the inspection (3/14/25) and was unsure when the hot dogs were opened. At the time of inspection, the PIC placed a date mark on the sliced turkey and voluntarily discarded the hot dogs. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
