Inspector's notes

Observed half and half and non-dairy milk in the cooler near the drink dispensers with internal temperatures of 48-50*F when measured with a probe thermometer. According to manager, milks had been brought out of the cooler for a short time. All TCS (time and temperature controlled for safety) foods must maintain internal temperatures of 41*F and below. Milks were moved to walk-in to cool back down at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
