Observed buildup of food debris on reach-in freezer table unit doors, reach-in refrigerator & freezers doors, food debris buildup on cabinet doors under beverage station. Discussed with PIC that non-food contact surfaces require to be cleaned more frequently to prevent accumulation of organic matter, dirt, dust and food debris.
