Inspector's notes

-- Observed adult German cockroach near station between fryer/grill and food assembly prep area. No other pest activity observed at the time of inspection. The person in charge (PIC) provided the most recent pest control reports from 1/6/26, and stated they receive services from a licensed pest control specialist on a monthly basis. Provided additional recommendations to help reduce pest attraction: • Eliminate harborage conditions such as heavy food debris, trash accumulation, unnecessary boxes/items, and damp environments • Inspect shipments of food, premises for evidence of pests. • Maintain a clean and sanitary facility Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
