Observed various pastries being sold at this establishment. Person in charge (PIC) stated that those items come from Dark Hall Coffee. Dark Hall Coffee does not have the required permits (e.g., bakery OR food production) to sell to other establishments. Apart from the pastries, the establishment also has vegan quiche with tomatoes that they get from Dark Hall Coffee. Advised PIC to pull products from sale and place on hold until it's proven that they come from an approved source. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed warewashing machine in active use testing 0 ppm chlorine. Informed person in charge (PIC) that the typical range for chlorine sanitation should be between 50-100 ppm. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Advised PIC to use the 3-compartment sink for the time being until warewashing machine is fixed. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
