Observed sprayer nozzle connected via hose to mop sink faucet downstream from an atmospheric vacuum breaker device (AVB) while pressure in the system. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. PIC removed shut-off (spray nozzle) downstream from atmospheric vacuum breaker at time of inspection. Please ensure only approved plumbing systems are installed and AVB devices are not submit to constant pressure and abuse. Second consecutive violation. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Person in charge said this was due to the label printer being set to the wrong time and it has not been fixed yet, labels were handwritten at time.
