Observed pizza prep table improper cold holding with TCS items such as Ham, peperoni, shredded cheese, meatball, cut tomatoes, spinach, cooked chicken, ricotta cheese. Temperatures ranged between 47-53*f degrees. Manager voluntarily discarded all items at time of inspection. All Temperature control for safety (TCS) foods must be maintained at or below 41*f degrees.
