Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. The date marking scale was set to date/time stamp chubs one additional day over the seven day requirement. Manager corrected the machine and re-marked the chubs with the proper discard date. Whole chickens cooked and cooled the previous day were date marked with todays date as prep.
