Discussed with operator Time/temperature control for safety (TCS) food items shall be cold held at 41*F or below. Per operator, food items had been stored in refrigeration unit on Thursday. Operator proceeded to remove cheeses and creamer from refrigeration unit. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Discontinue use of refrigeration unit for cold holding of TCS foods until necessary repairs are made. A re-inspection will be conducted on 3/23/26. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
