Observed boba and milk left out on tables with an internal temperature of 50F-60F. Person in charge states that items were taken out around 20-30 minutes prior. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below. Had person in charge put TCS items in ice baths and or back in fridge to cool. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed coffee syrup nozzles with excessive accumulated dried syrup on the nozzles. Educated PIC that the dried syrup can attract pests and that all food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed in-use ice-scoops inside ice containers with handles in contact with ice. Educated PIC that ice is considered a food item when used in customer drinks. In-use utensils must be stored in a clean, dry location; in running water; or in hot water above 135°F. If utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food. All in-use utensils were properly stored at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.
