Hose at sink had a nozzle on the end of hose downstream from the atmospheric vacuum breaker. Water was turned on and under pressure. Manager turned off water and removed hose nozzle. Never leave a hose on with constant pressure. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Prep sink drain line does not have minimum air gap requirement between floor sink and end of drainpipe. Please provide minimum air gap requirement prior to re-inspection within 3 days. Minimum air gap requirement is twice the diameter of pipe leading to the floor sink with a minimum of 1" inch (whichever is greater). Provided backflow handout. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
