Inspector's notes

Obseved no shellstock tags for June 2024. PIC stated they were selling shellstock during this time and unsure where the tags were placed. Observed July 2024 tags in order and dated. No shellstock has been ordered in August 2024. Shellstock tags must be kept with shellstock until sold, dated with final sale date, and maintained in chronological order for 90 days onsite. PIC stated they will retrain staff on maintaining shellstock tags. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
