Observed cooked beef and raw shrimp inside 2 door standing cold holding unit measuring at 50*F. Person in charge (PIC) stated that items have been in unit for less than 2 hours. Items were moved to other cold holding unit to cool down. Discussed with PIC that time/ temperature control for safety foods must be cold held at 41*F and below.
