Inspector's notes
Observed soda fountain bib attachments located in the employee bathroom next to the toilet in the car detailing area. Food items and equipment are prohibited from being stored in toilet rooms to prevent contamination. Establishment must relocate the toilet or the soda fountain bib attachments, and submit a minor remodel to the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department prior to the next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
