Arrived at establishment for routine inspection. Spoke with GM over the phone - GM and foreman were not on site on day of attempted inspection and inspection could not be conducted. Inspector will follow up at later date.

Core-4-501.11, C: Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment --Walk-in "B" had a large build up of ice on both sides of the unit just past the door from the ceiling all the way to the ground. Walk-in "E" was leaking water into catch cans from the units as well. Notified the person in charge and they have work orders placed to repair the units .
