TCS food items stored in the refrigerator over night such as various sauces, measures with internal temperature of 50 degrees F. These items were recommended for discard- see embargo list. Discussed cold holding requirements. Adequate alternative refrigeration available to operate safely. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
