Observed several jugs of milk with internal temperatures ranging 44-50*F. Person in charge stated milk was actively cooling from breakfast service 2 hours prior to inspection. Person in charge to discard of milk if temperature of 41*F is not reached by 12pm and will implement pitchers or ice baths to allow jugs to maintain proper internal temperatures. 3-501.15 (B) - Core: Cooling Methods; Covered and Properly Arranged Containers.
