Inspector's notes

Observed the primary handwashing sink in the food prep area missing soap at time of inspection. When asked how the employees washed their hands before food preparation, PIC stated they used the sink in the bathroom. Educated PIC that soap is required at all handwashing sinks and that a handwashing must be conducted after using the bathroom. PIC provided soap for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection.
