Observed two tubs of Oikos Greek yogurt at a temperature of 53*F items were placed into cooler less than 2 hours prior. Person in charge moved both tubs of yogurt to different cooler. Cooler was at a temperature of 54.6*F measured with cooper irreversible min/max thermometer. Person in charge was informed not to use reach in cooler until it is holding a temperature of 41*F or less at all times. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
