Observed several TCS foods (sliced ham, chicken sausage, cheeses, raw chicken and raw beef) holding at 50-51*F in reach-in prep cooler across from grill. Per employees, items had been placed into grill within the past few hours, and were placed back into walk-in cooler to rapidly cool down. Cooler was holding at 49.1*F. Repair service was called at time of inspection for cooler, and multiple alternate coolers are available for use until fixed. Ensure all TCS foods are kept at 41*F or below.
