observed the food upright double glass door cooler adjacent to retail facility entry door , temperature indicating 52-56 deg f . notified staff, and facility owner via phone. manager removed all tcs. per manager, perishable food once new shipping arrived, will be kept in the upright cooler. the cooler by entry door will be utilized for bottled non tcs food. please ensure a food cooler can maintain 41 deg f or cooler proior to use for storing tcs food.
