Observed in use 3 compartment sink with no sanitizer connected to dispenser at time of inspection. Quaternary Amomum ppm at 0ppm at time of inspection. Person in charge explained they just use dawn dish soap to clean equipment and utensils. Person in charge found quat sanitizer in dry storage and attached bottle to dispenser at time of inspection. Sanitizer solution tested at time of inspection between 50-100ppm at time of inspection.
