observed at the time of facility inspection, hand washing fixture adjacent to back room, dishwashing -utensil washing area removed from the FRP panel. no longer available. discussed with shift manager on duty. please reinstall all handwashing stations fully, sink is required to have hot and cold water, soap and paper towel dispenser, and proper drainage. manager will place a work order. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. re-inspection scheduled for 10 days 6-1-2026
