PIC stated the ice cream may have been in the cooler from last night and he came in this morning to find the cooler's door slightly ajar. After keeping the cooler's door shut for about 20 minutes the ambient temperature of the cooler was at 40*F, but the ice cream was still at 50*F. PIC discarded the ice cream.
