Hot dogs and taquitos found on hot dog rollers at an internal temperature of 120*F. Per food employee, hot dogs and taquitos are ready for consumer use. Hot holding of TCS foods must be held at least 135*F or above. ------------- Per food employee, foods on rollers have been reheating for 1.5 hours. Roller temperature increased and foods moved to higher heat source at time of inspection.
