Observed the drain line from the mechanical ware washing machine next to the three compartment sink to be below the flood rim of the floor sink creating an air break where an air gap is required. Person in Charge (PIC) stated that they will fix drain lines to create an air gap as soon as able. Advised PIC that drain lines connected to ware washing units must be at least 1 inch above water line in floor sink. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed no pet-friendly chemicals on site. PIC stated that they were not sure if they had any pet-friendly chemicals in the establishment. Outdoor patio shall be hosed down or mopped with animal-friendly chemicals at the beginning of each shift during which food or beverages are served and/or every 6 hours when a dog has been present. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 2, Reg 4(d) [2] - The outdoor patio shall be hosed down or mopped with animal-friendly chemicals at the beginning of each shift during which food or beverages are served (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or late-hours). If a food establishment has continuous food or beverage service without designated shifts, then the outdoor patio shall be hosed down or mopped with animal-friendly chemicals every six hours that the food establishment is open for business, except that such cleaning is not required if no dog has been present on the outdoor patio since the last cleaning.

After discussion with the person in charge it was determined the refrigerated drink dispenser was not turned back on after being cleaned two hours ago. Predefined Comment: All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
