Observed blocks of white cheese being sold in the reach in refrigerator across from the main checkout counter. Cheese had no labels and no labels or receipts could be produced that identified the source. Per person in charge the cheese was brought in by a person and not a vendor for other candy products. Items were voluntarily discarded at time of inspection. Corrected at time of inspection
