Ambient temperature of walk-in freezer was measured at 31 degrees Fahrenheit with min-max thermometer during inspection with internal temperatures of several food items labeled "keep frozen" (french fries, ice cream sandwiches) measured at 32-35F with probe thermometer. Foods labeled "keep frozen" shall be stored frozen solid at ~0F unless being thawed prior to service. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
