Bacon had been cooked Tuesday. Unless bacon is cooked and is totally crispy (rendering it Non-TCS), it must be kept at 41F. Bacon was thrown out by PIC. Also Iced coffee with creamer and creamer observed in drive through reach-in at 49 to 52F. Both were opened/made less than 2 hours before inspection and PIC placed them in the walk-in to cool down. All TCS food items shall be cold held at 41F or below. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
