Discussed cutting and sealing the foam on the floor next to the ice machine and shortening the hose on the spray arm nozzle at the prep sink. Discussed the cleaning frequency of the equipment, such as the spindle and the nozzle of the frosty machine. Please provide a lid on the waste receptacle in the women's restroom.

The flood rim level is the top of the countertop surrounding the sink, at the point where water would spill over onto the floor.
