Heavy rain began during the time of the inspection; a roof leak, not present at the beginning of the inspection, was observed in the hood above the fryer and re-thermalizer. The person in charge (PIC) had food and utensils moved from below the leaks. Due to continued heavy rain and leakage from the roof, the PIC then decided to voluntarily cease operations and close the establishment.No County legal action will result from this inspection.This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection.
