Inspector's notes
Observed 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer in the main dish machine in the back of house. Chlorine sanitizer should be between 50-100 ppm to ensure the dishes are properly sanitized. A professional technician was called and arrived while the inspector still onsite to service the machine. The machine then tested correctly. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
