2nd Consecutive Violation. Under the 3 compartment sink, observed 4 cans of insecticide sprays. All pesticides must be applied by a certified applicator. Pesticides are not permitted to be stored on the premises. PIC removed the cans of insecticides from the establishment at time of inspection.

PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-201.11 - Priority: Separation-Storage Addl Notes: In the front prep area, observed a bottle of "First Aid Antiseptic" and a bottle of hydrogen peroxide stored on the shelf directly above open containers of ready to eat foods such as lettuce and tomatoes. All chemicals must be stored in a way to prevent contamination of food, food prep areas, food contact surfaces, and utensils. PIC moved chemicals to proper storage. Predefined Comment: Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemicals were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
