Observed soap and a hand towel dispenser posted at the mop sink outside. Informed PIC that hand washing aids and devices should not be posted at sinks that are not intended for hand washing. Remove the dispenser and soap prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
