This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection.Of note: Observed employee handling a soiled food processor, employee then proceeded to begin washing food processor inside the mop sink located within the employee restroom. PIC explained that the food processor was being used as a test to verify whether they could slice mushrooms to be packaged on-site. The PIC was unsatisfied with the quality of the slices produced by the food processor and stated that they will not be continuing this practice. Explained to PIC, that under their current permit: Class 2-Food Jobber, they are only permitted to handle packaged and whole produce. If operator continues these practices, additional permits and permit fees may apply as they are operating outside of the limits of their current permit. Maricopa County legal action may result from future observation of these practices. Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained >>> Observed a leak from right-most walk-in cooler, being caught by large trash can placed directly beneath condenser unit. Also observed large ice block collecting directly beneath condenser unit within separate walk-in cooler located to the left in front of the 3rd loading bay. No food was observed to be contaminated at time of inspection. Discussed having walk-ins serviced as soon as possible to address leaks. Ensure leaks have been fixed prior to next routine inspection.
