Ware washing machine in bar area providing a chlorine concentration of 0ppm. Ran machine several more times, unit was primed, and still providing a chlorine concentration of 0ppm. Person in charge will call for repair and will bring items to main ware washing machine to wash rinse and sanitize. Do not use this machine until it has been repaired. Main ware washing machine providing a chlorine concentration of 0ppm. Person in charge replaced with a full bottle, primed and ran machine and was able to achieve a chlorine concentration of 50-100ppm, maintain. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
