Observed multiple deficiencies within the establishment including floors, walls, and sections of cove base. Observed section of tile flooring cracked, missing, and separated near the back corner of the kitchen near the walk-in refrigerator. Observed sections of tile cove base throughout the establishment in need of repair, replacement, or resealing. In addition observed a section of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) wall near the hot and cold holding stations of the kitchen that has begun to separate from the wall. The establishment shall repair all sections listed above to produce a smooth, easily cleanable surface in the kitchen and to prevent harborage conditions for pests. Observed the door of the walk-in refrigerator unable to close properly. The gaskets on the door appear to be in need of repair and additional repairs may be necessary to fix the issue. The establishment shall repair the walk-in refrigerator door so that is closes fully. All food items, as well as ambient air temperature, were within proper parameters at the time of inspection.
