In kitchen, employee handling raw chicken with gloved hands, then removed gloves to handle ice and restock hand drying towels without a proper handwash. Instructed employee to wash hands to continue with tasks. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC).
