Observed downed walk-in freezer operating at 40'F. PIC stated that the freezer went down this morning, and maintenance was on-site fixing the unit at time of inspection. PIC had already moved all TCS food products to alternative freezers in the establishment. Discussed the need to have all equipment regularly serviced to maintain all equipment in good repair. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection.
