Please address the following items before the next routine inspection: 1. Provide cleanout covers for the clean outs. 2. Noted one of the make table is not working but the establishment is using it for pita bread. If the establishment will use it for cold-temperature control foods, then please repair so the unit can hold time/ temperature control foods at 41*F or below. 3. Provide outlet cover where missing. 4. Provide mop/ broom holders to keep these items off the floor and in cleaning/ mop sink area.
