Observed raw pooled eggs stored above cooked pork, cooked shrimp and ready-to-eat sauces in the prep cooler in the kitchen. Reviewed the food storage chart with manager. Manager moved the raw pooled eggs to bottom shelf at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

All items noted in the OC inspection report had been addressed. Per owner, they may purchase pre-cooked ducks from local vendors and re-heat to serve in the restaurant. Informed owner that the facility where ducks will be purchased must be an approved food processor for cooked ducks. A restaurant with an eating and drinking permit cannot wholesale their products. Obtain unapproved food source is not acceptable.
