Observed multiple fruits and vegetables with organic matter on them. Green papaya with white fuzzy organic matter. Squishy Roma tomatoes with broken skin. Red bell peppers with green and white, fuzzy organic matter. Eggplant with grey organic matter. Beet root with organic matter and squishy to touch. Heads of cauliflower with green, black and grey organic matter. Bagged carrots that were squishy, discolored and had organic matter. All adulterated fruits and vegetables were voluntarily discarded at time of inspection. Please see embargo form. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed yams, bagged carrots, and papaya with white, grey, and green organic matter. There were also several areas of organic break down (dimpling, slime) on the surface of the effected produce. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that food was unsafe to sell. PIC promptly removed items and discarded voluntarily. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
