Establishment is preforming complex cooling on more than eight items found during the inspection. Establishment currently uses a cooling log to verify temperature of cooling items and uses cooling methods correctly. Permit will need to be upgraded, and inspections increased to three per year. Fee for the upgraded will be sent next permit renewal.
