Observed leak at the faucet of the 3-compartment sink in the back of house at time of inspection. Observed multiple drainpipes going directly into the floor drain at the front desk/bar area. Discussed with PIC about requirement to keep a 1" air gap between the drainpipe and the flood rim of the floor drain at time of inspection. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
