Observed in-use ware washer at bar with chlorine sanitizer concentration measured less than 10 ppm at time of inspection. Reviewed the sanitizer concentration parameters with manager. Manager contacted technician to repair the ware washer at time of inspection and establishment has another ware washer in the kitchen for using. Please don't use the ware washer at bar until being repaired. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Please trim the indirect drain line for the 3-compartment sink to ensure a 1" minimum air gap is provided above the floor sink flood rim, also please separate drain line for the 3-comparmtent sink from drain line of the hand wash sink. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. This is a repeat violation.
