Manager informed the floor drain for the ice machine is not draining properly. Currently there is a large bucket that is holding small amount of drainage for the ice machine. Manager informed the ice scoop water dispenser is also connected to this drain and is currently not in use. Inspector instructed manager to set up a three-compartment sink for washing, rinsing and sanitizing ice cream scoops until repair is performed. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
