Retail & E&D portions of the establishment are undergoing remodeling. Staff is working to prevent the accumulation of debris and contamination of food items. Establishment is restricting use of equipment to hot rollers, open air refrigeration case, soda fountain, and coffee machines due to cleaning limitations. Per manager, remodel is expected to be finished by the end of the month.
